Independent Country and Country Blues Artist, Musician

and Producer.



Born and raised in Denton, Texas, just north of Dallas and

Fort Worth.  From 15 years old Terry Dan would spend the rest of his life

writing songs and performing.  Pursuing a career in music, Terry moved to

the Northeast where he built an enthusiastic following by playing in clubs

throughout New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New York, releasing

several records through his independent label, and achieving independent chart

success.  Terry and his wife Charlotte moved to Nashville in the early 90s

to get involved in the Country Music scene, writing songs, pitching to

publishers and exploring writers’ nights around town.  But, after several

years, he hung up his guitar and built a successful career as a software

developer.  In 2019, Terry discovered a process enabling him to restore

crumbling analog tapes that he has now digitized, remixed and remastered. 

Now, he has released four albums and 10 singles.



Retired from the corporate world, Terry has refocused on his

music.  No longer in Nashville, Terry has rebuilt a home studio in Florida

where he and his wife, Charlotte now live, continuing to write, record and

release new music.



Terry’s new album, “Like It Or Not,” released on July

12, 2024, is a country blues collection with mostly originals and a few fun

covers.  You can find the album “Like It Or Not” and other Terry
